We understand that moving can be stressful and overwhelming. We are here to put your worries at ease. Not only do we offer Packing Services (+ unpacking), we will also organize your belongings at move-in so that you are set up for success! Organization is one of, if not the best way, to start fresh! Immediately implementing systems in your new space is crucial to creating and maintaining a functional and manageable home!

Check out these tips to help simplify your move and ease the transition into your new space!

Our First Tip is simple: Declutter every space - including the smallest spaces! Start this process at least a few weeks from your move so you don’t get too overwhelmed trying to do it all at once. This may seem extreme, but when you start small and see progress you will stay motivated knowing that your new place will be fresh and clutter-free!! Begin with a kitchen or bathroom drawer then make your way gradually to a larger space-like the master closet!

Second Tip: Important questions to ask yourself when preparing for your move…

- Do you actually like this item?

We occasionally buy things we don’t love on impulse or out of obligation, but that doesn’t mean we have to keep them forever and someone else may really love and get use out of it instead!

- How often do you use/wear it?

If you haven’t used it or worn it in a year or more, best to sell or donate!

- Is it sentimental to you?

Sometimes items aren’t used all the time but they are keepsakes so we recommend keeping those all in one bin or container where they can be stowed away for safe-keeping. Also, pack these items in advance since they’re not used as often and time can be taken to ensure they’re packed safely!

- Is the item worth the space it will take up in your new home?

We should think twice about keeping items that aren’t loved, used or sentimental and if they are worth it to us for the space they will occupy…if not, we say sell or donate! By asking yourself these simple questions you will be able to declutter any space so you only keep, pack and unpack what you just HAVE TO HAVE in your new home or office! The less to unpack and store, the more money saved and the more time to spend actually enjoying the space!

Last but certainly not least: Have your Organizing Products Ready! Make sure your organizing products (bins, matching hangers, drawer organizers, dividers etc.) are the first to come off of the moving truck!! That way there’s no excuse not to keep your items organized from the moment you move in! You can immediately put your belongings in their designated place saving time and effort later.

Bonus Tip: Measure your shelves at the new space and make sure your existing products will work before moving in! Purchasing new products might be necessary if the existing ones don’t work in the new space!
